He's getting all that guaranteed money to be the guy that makes those types of plays, and with a ridiculous WR/TE/RB combo, it is right down inexcusable.

Dabol and Martindale are just better than what we got. Give that dickhead Mara credit, he has gone through some coaches but he finally got it right w/ this hire.

For me the only way I want Ron to stay is a 10+ wins season and at least a playoff win. If we go one and out with a 8 and 9 record I still want him gone.

There wasn't much to rebuild plus they had the picks. It was their previous coach and front office that were the problem.

None of those teams had Dan Snyder as an owner. Although Shahid Khan did have a Snyder moment when he hired Meyer.

You can analyze any variable, but in the end it won't matter for us, because Snyder is the variable that has been constant in all of our team's failures.
