As of now, Jackson is the only big time QB that will be a FA. Possibly Carr, if no one trades for that contract. Jackson > Carr imo. So I'll take Jackson in that option.

The problem with Lamar is he's only a big threat when he's healthy and he can run - and he hasn't finished a season healthy in some time. Once his legs are shot and he will have to rely on being a pure passer he is gonna fall off and his contract is gonna be an albatross.
