Now that it is known that he isn't getting anywhere close to that, he can just come back and say "I wanted to sell but I didn't get my asking price". I think that Dan has been of the mindset for the past several weeks that he isn't selling and has just been doing due diligence for IF someone shows up out of the blue and offers 7 billion.
