Yes, but that doesn't stop him from holding out in year 4 or 5 for more money. The 10 years was for the team to be able to spread the guaranteed $$$ cap hit over more years lowering his cap number. smart move . . . for now, it will come back on them eventually. But how many super bowls will they win in the process?

I'm curious if in a few years, Mahommes is making enough money from sponsorships and whatnot, that he'll be okay with his contract. Similarly to what happened with Brady and New England.
