If you’re Snyder, you want two things. One thing is certain.

(1) to walk away with what you consider a good deal and a boatload of cash,

and which of these?

(2a) a new owner who will succeed in creating a perennial playoff contender, bringing glory to the team you grew up being a passionate fan of

* or *

(2b) a new owner who will fuck things up worse than you did, perennially winning 2-5 games over the course of the next 20 years.

I honestly think out of those two options it would be 2a. He's a schmuck for sure, and probably not a good person in general, but I do believe he was/is a fan...he just let that cloud his vision and judgment from the get-go, making bad decision after bad decision based on his fandom rather than based on good business principles.

But I don't care what he wants at this point. Just get the fuck outta here with your boatload of cash...

It probably is 2b, but it isn’t possible to fuck things up more than he did on and off the field. Literally not possible.
