The courts would have thrown it out anyway (with probably unanimous decisions). Retroactive legislation always have a harder time in the courts (some retro legislation can get past the courts but something that changes the Constitution? no way in hell).

So you let the courts throw it out, you don't make this a political football, not this.

Then you should be mad at the Dems. It was them that are using this as a political football by bringing up an amendment that failed to meet its deadline for approval 40 years ago.

Fuck that BS, so you agree with the republicans that not everyone should be treated equally, certainly sounds that way!

Question for you. After the 2020 general elections should Trump have been allowed to hold redo elections in PA, GA, AZ, and WI over and over again until he won them?

IF you want the ERA amendment, then go thru the established process. Which means you have to start over again.

The process matters, if you don't believe that you really don't believe in democracy (Of course you did say Fuck that BS so you made it pretty clear you don't believe in this Republic or the Democratic process - You are as bad as any MAGA in this regard).

Not an answer but I see your pulling the same BS they do in Arizona. I asked you a yes or no question and like trump you failed to answer it.
