Rodriguez can pass protect some too so maybe he gets a 3rd down back role, but if you look at what Bienemey had in KC it was Jerrick McKinnon in the 3rd down back role. A fast dude that can catch and block. I'm not sure a bruiser like Rodriguez is the ideal 3rd down RB. I think they'll look to sign a 3rd down back like McKinnon which makes Rodriguez the depth guy for when something happens to Robinson or AG.
