Drafting a plug-in OL starter in the 2nd round. This might become less of an issue if Jartavius Martin plays well his rookie season. But this felt like more of a luxury pick, when we had needs on the OL.

They drafted 2 OL who aren't going to see the field this year, one of them may not make the team. Given the likely number of roster spots they have available, having more draft picks is not an advantage. They would have been better of trading 3rd and 4th rounders for a higher pick who could contribute. The 2 FAs were very much mid tier and one of them is being played out of his favoured position. So they really did not do much considering how the OL derailed last year.

The 2 responses below your initial one summed it up pretty well. Drafted OL that won't see the field and sub par FA signings. We don't bolster many starter quality OL on this team..... at all until they prove otherwise. IMO we are fucked on the OL and I hope they figure it out quick.
