Got to disagree on this 1 guys......with 2 teams its head to head if applicable, which it would be because cowboys beat Car.
Even with 3 it would be only if 1 had beaten BOTH the others. Conference would be next though.

Playoff spots go in this order.
1. Division winners - This is why Patriots a playoff spot early when SD & KC had better records. 2. Overall Record 3. Conference record - If it's b/n division teams, then it's division record, but if it's b/n 2 teams from different conferences, then they go with the team with the best record in the conference. A team that was 5-7 wouldn't get in over a team that is 8-4 in the conference regardless of head-2-head. |
