Washington vs Card Pre Game

I think we are on the right track - hell Snyder is gone whatever track we are on it’s better! You know i love Sam. Think he will be here for years. I have serious reservations about the oline. No way I expect the playoffs. Not this year. I completely, as always, appreciate your optimism. But like KI said, show me (not in camp). Every year you scream playoffs in the pre season SF. One of these years you can finally say I told you so! It will be 2024. Lol. |

I think that having a healthy S. Charles, adding Nick Gates and Wiley, and having Cosmi full-time at guard is a major improvement over last year. Yes, they need to gel better, but I think people have forgotten how awful the line was last (remember Norwell and Trai Turner? )I trust EB's coaching and his ability to adapt a million times better than Scott Turner. That is a big improvement and it will make a difference with the offense. Finally, have people forgotten how f*cking awful Wentz and Heinicke were? I'm all for being cautiously optimistic, and injuries can always derail a season. But I think people forget how bad the offense was last year (outside of WRs and RBs).

Our schedule has 7 wins written all over it. Hate to be that guy but…. All I really want to see this year is Sam ball out. There are going to be major changes after this season and then it is on. Just keepin it real. Lol. |

Re: Washington vs Card Pre Game
You are giving other teams more credit than ours.

- I think we can go .500 vs the AFC East. - I think we take 4/7 from Chicago, Arizona, Denver, LA, SF, Seattle, & Atlanta. - I think we go at least .500 vs the NFC East (we went 2-3-1 last year). That's 9 wins... I'm thinking 7 is the floor and 11 is the ceiling. Hopefully the ball bounces our way this year more than it doesn't. |

If Seattle was a home game Id like our chances better. SF is more than likely a loss but you never know. So I can see 4 wins in that group. I hate to say it but I think the nfc east is where we come up short. |

Of course the season could derail for whatever reason (injuries, couple of bad bounces early etc...), but realisticly our floor should be 7 wins. I don't know about 11 but I see a path to us getting to 10 wins. It's been said before, but with our schedule, a significantly improved team could end up 8 and 9. Our division could be really tough, and we're playing the toughest looking AFC div. Envoyé de mon SHV48 en utilisant Tapatalk

Washington vs Card Pre Game
Quote:
Um. No. Im saying our schedule is tougher. Our division is going to be tough as nails because the other three teams are all playoff teams going into this year. Sam is still basically a rookie, and it is a new offense. We did nothing to bolster our LB corp. Rivera is still the HC so I still expect slow starts and the inability to adjust. I think we will be a more competitive team based solely on Sam and EB. Don’t think we are an automatic win for anyone anymore. However that doesn’t automatically equate to 10 wins and a playoff birth. I think we are a year away. If you wanna wave your fan boy flag and call me doom and gloom have at it though. |

Also, people should not dismiss the terrible effect that Snyder had on this team at all levels. He was f*cking awful and having him out of the picture should help everyone do their jobs better.
