Yeah at some point winning has to be part of the equation more than losing. Not after 2 weeks, or 6 weeks, but after 17 of them.

Re: Eagles Postgame

I agree. No moral victories and we got BEAT by the fuckin refs on several occasions but there's plenty of positives to take from this game. Just sad it wasn't a W and it fucking could have been. Fuck you, NFL

No seriously, fuck you, NFL.

Re: Eagles Postgame

I agree no moral victories however there was massive improvement over the Bills game .. if we play like this every week we will win a lot of games .. it’s up to the coaches to clean up sone things but the eagles were not perfect either and they are a favorite to win NFC ..

Re: Eagles Postgame

There is always something to complain about, but complaining comes pretty naturally for some of you.

The offense, particularly Sam & EB, showed that they can bounce back from a really bad game, and go toe to toe with the NFC Champs. I don't know if that is a "moral victory", but it is a good sign.

Growth. That's what I wanted to see this week. An actual victory would obviously have been better. I'm not happy they lost, but I am happy with the effort, the game plan, and the fact that we're 2-2 and look to be getting better.

It's a loss dude. Of course we are complaining. Look I like a silver lining as much as the rest of us but you CANNOT.. tell me that didn't fucking hurt.

It doesn’t hurt anymore for me. When your team losses as much as we have it’s literally normal.

I’m staying positive, 2-2 is avg and we have 3 very winnable games ahead

Bears = awful
Falcons = Have no QB
Giants = Have no WRs

This loss sucks, getting blown out by the Bills hurt.

A lot of the people that are doing the most complaining are the same ones that were complaining after the two wins.

Nobody was complaining about winning. Jesus. The eye test against the Cards and Broncos said 2-0 was gonna be 2-2. Here we are.
I didn’t expect to be 3-1 or 4-4. Im very optimistic about the future but the future is next year.

Ill ask you the same question i asked Ruh since you two hate when people call a mediocre team mediocre. Lol. What is are win total this year? Barring injuries of course. If you want to see growth and believe we are seeing it than Im guessing at least 9 wins ?

My brain tells me 7 wins. What does yours tell you?

I can see 7 wins, but I can also see 9-10.

Games like last week make me think it's more like 7.

Games like today make me think it's more like 9-10.

I guess the Eagles are mediocre too, since the barely squeaked by at home against a mediocre team with a terrible defense, and a statue of a head coach, who assembled a weak AF O-line...lol

Like I have said. I'm not happy they lost, but there were a lot of positives today. To me, things are looking up again, despite losing to the NFC Champs on the road in OT.

Re: Eagles Postgame

We had the shot, we blew it. I'm less complaining and more disappointed in the result. Lots of good things in this game. Including the JAG chase young.. you know.. the one play he makes a game worth a damn (right back to complaining), lol

Re: Eagles Postgame

Best performance of the season.

Still a bad team with bad coaches.

But this year is all about Howell and seeing him progress (hopefully).

And the refs.
Fuck me they were as bad as they have ever been against us.
