He's trending in the right direction for sure. He's shown enough where we should feel good about him finishing out the season as the starter.

Will be an interesting situation if he finishes the season on the same trajectory( meaning he continues to flash and reduces the sacks … winds up like a top 10-15 quarterback), but we wind up with a top 5 pick and Maye or Williams is sitting there. Do we start again at quarterback or do we take a highly touted OT? I hope we don’t wind up in that position for obvious reasons but it would be quite the decision to make. |
