I have personally defending giving Ron Rivera and Jack DeRio to at least the end of this season to get their crap together....but with the way that the Washington Commanders team came out in the First Half of the Game today....I am Absolutely DONE with defending Ron Rivera or ANY of the Existing Coaching Staff! At this point, I think  that Harris Ownership Group should Fire  Ron Rivera and Jack DeRio, and elevate EB to Head Coach to see  if he can be the answer at Head Coach next year....and if EB isn't able to do things better....then fire him as well at the end of the season!
