But its hard to see a new HC coming in and taking EB There is a reason EB hasn't got a HC job and the only other job he could get was a lateral to one of if not the shitest franchises in the NFL; its because he probably isnt that good without world class talent and Andy Reid holding his hand I am not crying if EB is gone by next season, honestly he is probably a black Josh McDaniels; he works well in a very specific environment and that environment has to be drenched in HoF talent.

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
Not making excuses for EB, and if he's gone he's gone, but if you compare us to other franchises where they have young QB's and poor OL, I can't help thinking EB has managed to make something out of nothing. The Jets, Panthers and Bears (except when they played us) all have terrible offenses with that combination. Our O hasn't been consistently horrible like they have, and arguably has only been truly bad in 3 or 4 games. And the O can't lean on the D at all when its having a bad day at the office.

I add as well that the examples you gave SH is better then those teams QBs IMHO SH is more important to this offense then EB I just really believe EB is nothing special; every carry over from last year expect SH (who really didn't play ) has digress including our "prized" number 17. There is no way he should be HC; if he is HC I will be mightily disappointed and do to all of the disappointment from this team over the years I should feel pain from that disappointment but i have just become numb to it and expect it

Happy December 1st Punch. If the NFL was smart they would sell Black Monday Advent Calendars. Every year one fan base would be buying it. Starting today open a little box and give your self a chocolate as we march to January 8th

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
Would love to have; the problem going to be getting a Jim level guy he is going want be GM too and Harris likes HC and GM to be two different people.

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
Top option would be 49ers Adam Peters for GM.

Or whoever is Howie Roseman's second in command. Hate to say it, but Iggles have done a good job building up that roster through draft, free agency, and trades.

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
I mean it will be no surprise that Josh will hire a young, analytics invested GM. Who will then hire a young coach
I think the previous rumors about Bilicheat were way off here.

Re: Potential GM/HC/Coaches Thread
Former Steelers GM Kevin Colbert is out there. Very possible Harris has already been leaning on him for advice.

I would be elated if either Adam Peters or Kevin Colbert became our GM.
