Whoever the next GM is here, we need someone that's not going to make critical errors like letting guys like Trent, Scherff, and Cousins out the door. Imagine this offense with those 3 guys still here. We haven't been able to find even adequate replacements for any of those guys. Just a total organizational failure at the top.
