Howell is the best thing we've had under center in a long while. He's making some typical rookie mistakes, but he's been a bright spot...esp considering the line, and ebs total lack of running in the game plan.

A new staff is not going to care about this. They're going to want to pick their own QB.

A new staff absolutely does not mean a new quarterback. Of course they are going to care about how Sam performed this year. If they don’t I don’t want them as a new staff.

Right now we don't know what the new coach/GM may think or want. They may think Sam is good enough with better players around him. Maybe not.

I still feel like we don't need to draft a QB in the first round.
