I caught the end of the Browns game and Flacco was definitely dealing. He's 38 but it feels like he's been around even longer than that.

Commanders informed CB Danny Johnson — who was re-signed to a two-year deal that included $2.75 million guaranteed in March — that they are releasing him, per sources. He now will be subject to waivers.

Just saw that, bit weird, he is not a long term solution but they gave him lots of guaranteed dollars and its not as if we have loads of good young DBs needing playing time

You know what else is weird? Playing a zone and signing a man cover corner like WJ3 then this year switching to mostly man and drafting a zone corner in the first. I really don't know what this organization is thinking 99% of the time. It is like playing chess against a chimpanzee good luck predicting the next move.
