This team is so checked out. It’s sad how Ron put this franchise into a worse situation than it was under Gruden… with Jay , atleast they won games here and there.

How exactly did Ron change the culture again? Quitters, losers. He didn’t change anything. Well, he may have changed it for the worse because this is the saddest sack of shit team I can remember seeing take the field, and that is saying a lot.
