Blank didn't even wait until Black Monday, Arthur Smith got his walking papers hella quick.

Mred what's taking so long? I would assume Harris is just a respectful person and will wait for him to come in today so he can pack up his office.

That and it was Rons birthday yesterday, don't think Josh wants to be seen as such a douche to a guy who is widely respected, doesn't look good to potential candidates with options. Today/tomorrow/next week doesn't make a lot of difference. Does not stop them doing due diligence on prospective replacements.

Good point, I forgot about that. Just because Ron is a lousy coach doesn't mean he doesn't deserve to be treated with respect.

I am curious more so what happens with EB

if they fire RR and promote EB too HC, i am done, i literally will buy a Lamar jersey today and just be a Ravens fan, that will be the straw

EB is not gonna happen. We just need to keep him around for about 2 weeks after the Superbowl - by then all the vacancies around the league will be filled. Next coach can determine if he wants to keep him or not. If the next coach doesn't want him I expect him to interview for OC around the league or go back to KC.
