Doesn't mean they haven't, maybe its what some say about him wanting player control over the GM, maybe he just sees this as a complete rebuild and he'd rather go to a team that is closer roster wise. Maybe they called and he said thanks but no thanks. I think it would be uncharacteristic judging by how they have gone about it so far, of this new group to not have at least considered him. Maybe they had already decided on Johnson before Vrabel became available.
