People need to trust this decision making group, when it comes to HC selection, QB selection. The constant variable that f*cked everything up, which was Dan Snyder, is gone. He's not picking up the HC or the QB. There's always a risk that something doesn't work out, but grown ups who know what they are doing are making the decisions. And I think we need to give them the benefit of the doubt.
