At the end of the day its about the dudes you have.. If we have good players on the Line we will be ok. Coaching is a big part but without players a great coach doesn't do anything..

TEs coach....

Adam Schefter

Commanders hired former Buccaneers assistant coach David Raih as their tight ends coach, reuniting him with Kliff Kingsbury, whom he worked with in Arizona.

It will be interesting to see what we do with the TE position. I imagine Thomas is to be released, Bates is a blocking TE, Cole Turner disappeared later in the season and Rodgers is wild card but has potentials.

Wouldn't be surprised if the whole TE room was replaced. Probably isn't a bad idea. Need way better production there.

Best TE we have is Armani Rogers, unfortunately he’s coming back from an achilles injury

The4 fortunate thing about the unfortunate part is that it happened in preseason, so he has had lots of time to get healthy.

I'll partially agree with that. It obviously matters if you have good players. However, some coaches get more out of their players than others. Some coaches teach better, motivate better, and are able to get their players to buy in more easily than others.
