Anthony Lynn apparently joining the staff. Lot of experience in this coaching staff, including former HCs. Hope it comes together.

Well it will certainly have tons of experience on this coaching staff...but so did Gibbs 2.0, where it proved a lot of the "old" ways of doing things were, just old and outdated. Hopefully this time will be different.

We've had solid staffs here before like the well documented Shanahan staff. All comes down to getting players.

It's not the X's and the O's, but the Jimmys and the Joes that make the difference.
