i get it maybe the New regime will do the right thing with the QB not sure how excited i am with MM even as backup . I would NOT take anything less than a 3rd rnd pick for Sam i just got a hunch that in the correct system and supporting cast he is going to be successful.. if a trade or pick actually helps us then by all means do it but in a total meltdown scenario last year at times he played well . Draft the Rook at #2 let Sam be backup and MM can be whatever (he can't start ) IF The Rook works out then great but i would wait and see before letting Sam walk for very little ..
