Vikings now have announced a draft-pick trade with the Texans:

🏈Vikings receive: No. 23 and No. 232

🏈Texans receive: No. 42, No. 188 and a 2025 2nd-round pick.

Minnesota now positioned to potentially pursue a quarterback in round one.

My mind isn't grasping why Houston made this trade. This draft class seems to be loaded at a number of positions and yet the Texans trade away pick No. 23 which could have brought them a player like Brian Turner, Jr., Amarius Mims, Ernest Rakestraw or another fine prospect. Nope, I don't get it at all.

Thinking the same thing. They are a win now team. One playmaker could put them over the top.
