This is not revisionist history, we said it pre-draft. It's pathetic when message board posters knew more than a professional talent evaluator.
Hamilton was already off the board , not much RR can do there

Actually Hamilton was available when it was our turn but then we decided to trade down, and then Ravens pounced on him.

I'm not ready to give up on Dotson but last year was disappointing. Huge year for him. Yes would have loved Hamilton. Kid is bigtime.

ND fan here also. Hamilton was incredible in college also. His size, speed and instincts are some of the best I've ever seen at the position. Dude is incredible.

This is my opinion as well. Not every draft pick produces instantly.

I'm not giving up on Dotson but with a good qb and a good coordinator this is a make or break year for him. Another underwhelming year and it makes it easier to move on.

I remember day one when he said he walks around with a ball so he never drops passes - last year he dropped too many passes for my liking too. If he can't figure it out by his 3rd year at some point we'll have to move on. But I'm not quite there yet.

Huge years for both him and Dyami Brown. Brown is interesting with his deep ball ability which is a huge strength of Daniels. Also eager to see what McCaffrey can do. Ready for camp reports soon.
