Help Wanted (Coaches on their way out) MERGED

All I can say is, I want Martz as our O-cooridinator, and that could very well happen if a head coaching job doesn't open happen for him, he comes from the Don Coryell school of offense which is where Gibbs learned his craft, if Gibbs is willing to move someone aside that would have the biggest impact of any off-season move in the NFL for next season, the guy is an offensive genious!

May the football gods preserve us from Mike Martz, the guy is a fruitcake.

Yea I do not want him atleast, plus he does not fit into Gibbs style of offense. God I still hope somehow we can get GW to stay, and convince him that when Gibbs is gone, this team will be his, but I lose a bit of hope each day.
