There are real problems with immigration that it would be great to have discussions about and try to resolve real problems: Why are small towns facing the economic burden without help from the federal and state governments, American workers having a economic value and being able to command higher wages but corporations cutting them off for basically free labor they can pay below minimum wage, I could go on and on. Instead we get Haitians eating dogs as the primary issue.

When you take serious issues and make it a farce people have trouble trusting you.
