I understand he's still a billionaire getting a hand out, but at least ownership is putting up a large chunk of cash and is doing some city planning (green spaces etc). Inside concept of the glass dome looks great, and it's good that the team will be back in DC.

Can you elaborate on that part? From what I have read, the city will cover the cost for infrastructure around the stadium while Harris and his team will cover the cost of the stadium.
