Yes exactly. KK was quoted as saying he needs his guys yesterday. Clearly a McLaurin reference. Hopefully a new contract soon that all sides can agree on. He'd forfeit around 861k a game for not playing this year.

Hoping it’s a sign of this getting resolved and not just a way for the team to pressure Terry and creating more tension. I have to imagine it is the former as they’d be communicating with him about it for sure.

This is a purely hypothetical trade question - I still expect Terry to sign an extension BUT would you consider this trade:

Miami gets:
Terry
BRob

We get
Tyreek Hill (contract til 2026 currently 31)
Conditional 4th next year

That trade proposal seems fair for both sides. Although I personally would hesitate to trade for Hill due to his personality, he might cause unnecessary drama for us.

Terry wants to be paid in the Top 5, hence the reason for no deal. There will be no deal and he’ll come crawling back and play out his final year and depart. I don’t expect him to be as effective, as he’ll be disgruntled. Also, wouldn’t shock me if he’s injured for part of the year. He’ll depart in the offseason and we’ll draft his replacement in 26. I’d sign Armani Cooper; whether Terry gets a new contract or not. We need better WR and Armani still has a little left in the tank.
