I don't think the Aikman Efficiency Rating is the same as Red Zone Efficiency As for the second link it's from before the 2005 season. But it does list the Chargers as being the most efficient RZ team of 2004. And they were again in 2005, as of December 16, according to this article (check the graphic, Seattle is #2)

I don't know where Washington stands but I believe they have something like 11 straight TDs in their last 11 trips to the Red Zone.

oops my bad, I just posted links from googling nfl red zone efficiency, lol.
and going into yesterdays game they had scored tds 11 out of their last 12 trips I believe with the one field occuring last weekend. atleast according to the fox stats from last weeks game.
