We absolutely must re-up with Evans. The Giants and Eagles are sure to try to cherry pick him up. We must save them a fortune in their scouting budget.

I think we're just as likely to strike gold with the draft as we are with free agents. If GW sees a real steal they should go for it. Otherwise we are at the stage where we have established a strong defensive culture and no longer have to bring in overpriced talent (remember Casserly's Stubblefield, Wilkinson coup) as "saviours". We can now expect the younger players to exceed expectations a la the Pittsburgh Steelers.
