I have a question that no one seems to address. In the article, it specifically says that Suanders' title would be Offensive Coordinator/Assistant Head Coach. Isn't there usually only one Assistant Head Coach, who is more or less the second in command? This makes it seem as if Saunders is going to come here and jump ahead of GWilliams in the coaching pecking order. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
