I would consider Mike Williams for Ramsey. I doubt Detroit would give up on him after just one year though. If Mike Williams is a bust at WR he still has a chance to convert to TE and be dominant in the future. He is not interested in that now but if it's the only way he sticks in the league he would have to consider it.
