Who will be throwing the ball does not matter.
Our expectations for a number 2 should be that he threaten a defense enough that they cannot exclusively try to shut down Moss. We have a deep threat in Moss, and a mid threat with Cooley. If our 2 can just do enough to get respect from the opposing defense, it will make the offense better. Maybe asking "Who will be calling/designing the plays?" would make more of a difference.
