For some reason we failed to use LaVar in ways that would maximize his talent. If Parcells signs him, you watch out. the guy will make plays all day long. I just have a very bad feeling about him saying he wants to walk back into fed x once a year. All 3 NFC east teams are looking for OLB, so its a very high percentage he will sign with one of those teams. Its going to turn out to be one of the stupidest moves of all time for the Redskins.

I will agree we did not do the best job of using his talent but I will have to add that he did not use his talent to fit the team. I think Lavar thought that after his injury he could just strap on his shoes and be the starter. He did not do what the coaches wanted to learn the system and thus did not get himself in position to play and make plays. He has alot of god given talent but it is a team sport and in Williams D it requires players to be patient and wait for the play to come to them. He will make alot of big plays for another team but how many will he give up. Its like a corner who always goes for the ball. On one play they look great but they get beat way to often.
