Re: 2006 Player Tracker

After Patten got hurt, Moss didn't put up near the consistent numbers he was earlier in the year. I think his speed helps keep the defense from double teaming Moss. He will still be a valuable part of our offense no matter who we bring in as our "#2."

I think another reliable receiver like Bruce will help draw attention away from Patten and allow him to surprise us next year.

Last I heard, it was tonight (Thurs.) by 11:00 p.m. EST. Curiously though, I haven't heard anything about major cuts. So, I'm probably dead wrong.

Re: 2006 Player Tracker

as far as u guys saying we should bring in bruce and abraham, i think signing aging veterans who just want alot of money is the wrong way to go. Building through the draft is what u gotta do. Any Redskin fan over the last 5 years should know that by now.

WR and DE take the most time to develop (except for maybe QB). Are the skins just supposed to suck at both positions for 3 years while young guys develop?

take guys in the draft, but look for FA bargains as well. i'm not a JA fan, but i'd definately take bruce. never put off winning.
