I just heard straight from Cerato's mouth that there is a standing offer on the table for Ryan Clark. I don't know what the numbers are, but it sounds like the Skins want him back.

I have not read the entire thread, but this whole Ryan Clark issue is a good problem to have....better than not having a good safety.

standing offer on the table makes it sound like they want him back?? signing arch sounds even more like they don't

If they didn't want him back, they would not have extended the offer.
