Interesting article on Archuleta
(The article mentions Jay Schroeder but I don't think it's our ex-QB)
‘Evo’lutionary training: Archuleta explodes past his competition By Nolan Nawrocki, Contributing writer June 19, 2001 http://archive.profootballweekly.com...cki_061901.asp Working out in front of NFL scouts in Indianapolis this past February, St. Louis Rams first-round draft pick Adam Archuleta posted some of the most impressive results for a safety in the 17-year history of the NFL Draft Combine. The 6-foot, 211-pound Archuleta ran a 4.42 40, had a 39-inch vertical jump and bench-pressed 225 pounds 31 times. |

Re: Interesting article on Archuleta
Is he healthy and can he stay on the field? Has he slowed down? If these are no[hasn't slowed down] and yes[stay on the field and is healthy] then that is a good move! Just wanted enough cash to up grade depth on OL and DE or LB!

Re: Interesting article on Archuleta
I've heard a lot of stories about AA being a freak of nature when it comes to working out.

Re: Interesting article on Archuleta
his personal best in the bench press is 530 pounds in 1.09 seconds and in the squat, 663 pounds in 1.24 seconds. At an individual workout for NFL scouts, he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.37 seconds and jumped 39 inches vertically.
thats gross . . .

Re: Interesting article on Archuleta
I wonder if this J. guy can help me lift my 54 yr old over-weight body out of bed in under 5 seconds?

Re: Interesting article on Archuleta
I just hope Arch and Taylor don't converge on a WR and take each other out! It could be a trainwreck waiting to happen.

Re: Interesting article on Archuleta
He didn't play a lot last couple of years because of back problems. If Archuleta is back to 100%, then he should make our secondary even more dangerous.
