My understanding is that under the new CBA, any cash over the cap affects the team's cap the following year. So, if a team spends a lot one year, they can spend less the following year and vice-versa. So, I'm just wondering where we are getting the money. I'm totally lost on the point.

ill find you the article, but i did see somewhere a great explanation on one of the news websites about how we are pulling this off and it actually makes a lot of sense.

I know how we are pulling it off this year, I just don't know how it affects us in the future. Ohh well. I don't care. I am just gonna take this one year at a time, there's no point in dwellling on what might happen in 4 years considering no one seems to have figured out the new CBA ... not even the owners.

Okay, back to the signings. Is any defense going to be able to stop us? Is any offense going to be able to beat us? Doubt it.
