Maybe I'm thinking of the wrong Philly game but if the INT everyone is talking about was the one that McNabb through into his chest at the very end of the game then it didn't seem very "must keep this guy" memorable to me. I'll take a look at the highlight games and see if I'm mistaken.
what do you expect him to say? "This team sucks, the redskin's are the only team in the nfl worth caring about, and i'm sorry you gave me a multi-million dollar contract."? I mean really, everyone talks about how the steeler fans travel the best etc anyways, so its not like he's lying through his teeth.

You quoted me but your response seems to be aimed towards PWNED.

I expect him to be gracious. There is absolutely no reason why he needs to say that the Steelers' fan base is better than ours. He can just say he's excited to play in a town with a great fan base, he's excited to be a Pittsburgh Steeler, and leave it at that.

The comment about our fan base was entirely unnecessary and unsolicited.

you realize he complimented our fanbase, right? the steelers generally are regarded as having a better fanbase by most in the media etc, so all of a sudden he's not allowed to state facts?

Its no big deal, lloyd trashed the 49ers already (they haven't won a lot of games lately), arch thrashed the rams (we finished 30th in defense), so we should be on their arse about it too right?
