I go a sporting goods store called Chick's. They send my jersey's out to get costomized.
I also have a local tailor that cuffs the sleeves for me so they look like the jersey's worn on the field.
You should be able to find a spoting goods store in your area that can point you in the right direction.

ps. I have 3 authentic Arrington jersey's that I need to fix up with my name. But I was thinking I might wait and see if some else on the team hopefully Washington grabs that # before I throw my name on them.
