What happened to Tupa? Last year he just all of a sudden went on injured reserve and then this year we cut him real quick. Did he have much cap savings and did he retire? The thought was is he may have been doing more harm than good to his leg by how he was working out. Maybe they found something he was doing and changed his work outs and now feel comfortable with him

Gibbs said something about Halls workouts and that he has been working out maybe to much or something to that effected. That he[Hall] would need to work with team trainers this off season. Question here is can hs kick-offs get better....very bad last year.
