Re: Who's Improved Their Team the Most? (Other than Skins)
I would personally say the Saints. I don't see them as contenders, but I do think they made the best improvement and that they will come up out of the cellar to at least .500 Just moving Brees in gives them a glimmer of hope, and they have a coach that should do well in the NFL as a head coach. I don't see them becoming an elite team, but I think they will be much improved over last season. Bo Williams better be ready to get about 100 catches though!

Boo Williams? I dont even think hes on the Saints roster anymore... so if he catches that many either hes one great TE or Brees can really throw the ball to where ever Boo is.

Re: Who's Improved Their Team the Most? (Other than Skins)
I want to wait until I see who Griese signs with before I give my final answer. I think he is the player out their that could take a team up a level.
For now, I think it may be Miami. A healthy Culpepper could move the Fins up far enough to make the playoffs. With NO or CLE, I like what they've done, but I'm not convinced it is going to be enough for either to see the post season.
