The Canadians have their own league and based on certain claims being made in these pages, they support that league strongly. Any move by the NFL northward would be seen as as an encroachment on Canadian sovreignty. I sense that the Canadians are in a bit of a surly mood towards us right now. in mexico you'd have a population base with close to 9million people. you'd obviously need a big stadium (130k seats) and cheaper tickets, as well as cheaper merch. that said, there probably are a good number of business owners etc that could afford more expensive seats.

It wouldn't be like FedEx Field where you can charge $8 a beer and expect people to pay though.
