Looks like Detroit was the most interested and Bruce is exactly the type of guy that Washington ignored this year.

they didn't ignore bruce though, i think they might have even thought they had him with larry micheals "big announcement tomorrow" statement on his show (that never actually happened... it was a day or two before FA started).

turns out bruce got tons of money and it was a decent non signing.
