David Elfin, of the Washington Times, reports another topic of discussion at the NFL owners' meeting this week will be the placement of a team is Los Angeles. "Moving forward on Los Angeles is a key priority, because the economic foundations that enable us to look at that type of a challenge and to address it are in place with TV in place and labor in place," commissioner Paul Tagliabue said.
