It's not like it really slows the game down. The field goal kicker is on his way out. I'm curious exactly what the reasons are for this change. Why do they find it necessary?

It's probably because people feel it's taking away from the game itself. All week leading up to a Bengals game all you hear about is what celebration Chad Johnson is going to do. Not saying I agree, I think it's fun, but I think this could be what the commitee is up in arms over.
