Part of the reason I like the current Mod team is because they all have distinct personalities, and their own opinions. 60% of this list is Matty clones, and if every post by Matty is followed by a new Mod post saying something like "I agree with Matty" or "hahahaha, Matty :cheeky-sm " I'm gonna yak.

Yeah dude, you're the one FP??...sorry. But you're right, I feel as though on that list are some of the most opinionated if anything. And I've seen a few you get into a hot debates with Matty.

Those of us involved with the new site want you all to know that we wouldn't ask you to choose sides here. We're not going to ask you to abandon The Warpath if you don't want to. But we hope you'll check out the new site which we're sure you'll like. And we'd love to hear some of your ideas. Post them here or PM me.

And on another note, I brought Tony McGee here and I'm taking him with me. So if you want to hear from McGee you won't be hearing from him here.

Maybe people should be choosing sides, because you guys seem to be taking a very childish route to handling this.

I'm not going to continue on with this distraction much longer, it's serving no purpose but to split the ranks and try to hype your new site.

If we can't handle things like civilized people, I'll lock down the thread and/or start handing out some bans. Your choice, smootsmack.

I agree that few of those guys are very opinionated, but when there opinions agree with Matty's 99% of the time, it doesn't create a very good posting environment for regular users.

Even you have to admit, whenever you make a joke, or zing someone in a discussion, there's four or five posts directly after yours, quoting you with comments like "Hahahaha! Good one Matty!" or "I agree, Matty's right!". That is to be expected, since you run the site, but when all of the mods start doing it, all hell will break loose.

Right, and that's why many of us are leaving. Being that he has "The Ego", please note the use of capitals, we were forced to break apart. Brud is a bit more disillusioned than I because I'm fairly new (time-wise) around here. Since this site will be mostly user-defined, we won't have as much parrot-like behavior.

But please also note, the Parrot icon does remain MY personal copyright, even though I do give Matty permission to use it.

See, remarks like this make me think this is all a joke. Along with Summo, who I've never heard anything bad from, calling Brud a jackass and the 0 to 60mph flame war that has developed on this thread. I can buy that you guys may be branching off on a new project, but the bad blood seems fake.
