Yeah.... just bought more time to look over the other arrests of the victims and consider dropping the case or a plea......

They did already offer a plea of probation to a felony... ST wouldn't take it...
DAVID says:
I wouldn't either......

.. well, his attorney wouldn't take it, no since in having a felony on your record for such a weak ass case..

plus felony conviction with a firearm..... in FLA.....3 strikes is life

it's either misdemeanor plea or take it to trial and go self defense...

if he was protecting his sh!t against known sh!t stealers.... the jury won't convict.... waiving a gun happens every day in Miami, even in traffic.....it's no surprise to a Miami jury
... and I'm sure you know... you spent plenty of time there...

sad thing is that it's true. I've had someone waive a gun driving on hwy 826 during rush hour!
